The purpose of this course is to teach an appreciation of the economics of climate change and provide skills to communicate clearly about social and economic impacts. This course is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of the relationship between humans and the environment, with a focus on climate change and economic policy and insights. Students select and write about a local topic that examines the economic and social impact of climate change, and they explore possible solutions.
